Two primary user personas were identified - "Steel Buyer" and "Steel Seller." Each persona had unique needs and goals, helping to tailor the platform to specific user requirements.

Buyer Persona 

  • Goal: Efficiently source high-quality steel at competitive prices.

  • Pain Points: Limited visibility into available steel options, time-consuming procurement processes.

Seller Persona

  • Goal: Maximize sales by reaching a wide network of potential buyers.

  • Pain Points: Inefficiencies in marketing and connecting with potential buyers.

Project Overview 💬 

Quantum Fusion, a leading steel manufacturer, aimed to streamline and enhance its steel trading operations by developing a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. The goal was to create a user-friendly and efficient platform that acted as a broker between buyers and sellers in the steel industry, facilitating seamless transactions and improving overall user experience.

Reflections and Conclusion

The Quantum Fusion Steel Trading Platform successfully launched, receiving positive feedback from users. Key results included:

  1. Increased efficiency in the steel trading process for both buyers and sellers.

  2. Improved transparency, leading to enhanced trust among users.

  3. Higher engagement rates and increased transaction volumes on the platform.

  4. Ongoing updates and feature additions based on user feedback and market trends.
